About the Presenters
Madhavi Murali
  •         Madhavi holds a masters degree in zoology with an excellent academic
    record and is a qualified teacher.
  •         Her innumerable accolades in fine arts right from her school days
    speak volumes of her innate talents.
  •         She has learnt Bharatanatyam and had her “Arangetram” in the year
    1984.
  •         She has undergone formal training in Carnatic classical music and has
    been giving vocal concerts since her childhood.
  •         She has been pursuing Odissi dance for the past 8 years.
  •         Her interests include dance dramas and skits and she has
    choreographed and directed over 50 programs for over two decades.
  •         She has acted in stage plays. She has received critic’s appreciation for
    some of her performances in lead roles.
  •         She has successfully compered quiz and other entertainment programs
    and has been invited to judge various competitions.
  •         She was runners-up in semifinal of Zee Anthakshari held in UAE for the
    Gulf countries in the year1998.
  •         She has been married for over nineteen years and has a son-Raghav, 18
    and daughter-Smriti, 16.
Lekha Krishnakumar
  •         Lekha is a Chartered Accountant with an excellent academic record and
    runs a CA firm and Management Consultancy company (www.lekrish.com) in
    India.
  •         Her innumerable accolades in fine arts right from her school days
    speak volumes of her innate talents.
  •         She was initiated into music by her elder sister Madhavi.
  •         Her interests include extensive reading, imparting training and
    engaging in creative activities.
  •         She has acted in stage plays. She has received appreciation for many of
    her performances in lead roles.
  •         She has successfully compered quiz and other entertainment programs.
  •         She is married for over ten years and has two sons - Shreyas, 8 and
    Advaith, 6.
Both the sisters hail from a family of thespians. Over the years, they have performed on stage, radio
as well as television.

    They were inducted into the art of Hari Katha Kalatchepam by their father, Sri Anandam
    Krishnamurthi, who is a writer (he writes plays, short stories, novels, poems, essays), translator,
    musician and actor. His books have been published in Tamil, Hindi and English. He is a retired
    teacher from DTEA and lives in Delhi.
